New Patients at Hamilton Holistic Wellness Center
If you’ve ever gone to a social event where you didn’t know anyone, you know how uncomfortable that can make you feel. Our goal is to eliminate every shred of apprehension and make you feel at home.
Since chiropractic care involves a series of visits, with each one building on the ones before, it’s important that our relationship can go the distance. We’ve found that one of the best ways to have successful patient relationships is to explain everything in advance. No surprises!
The more you understand who we are, what we do and why we do it, the better results you’ll enjoy. It’s as simple as that.
Prior to your initial appointment, you will receive New Patient Paperwork via email or text message. This is a form that can be filled out and submitted online. We ask that you have this submitted by the evening before your initial appointment. This gives Dr. Rabito plenty of time to review your information before he sees you. When you first arrive at the office, you will be greeted by our front desk receptionist and asked for a photo ID, as well as your insurance card if you have not uploaded it already. You will then be given a couple of additional forms to sign in the office. Once this is complete, you will be taken to our exam room.
When the doctor comes in, he will talk with you about what brought you to our office. Following the initial conversation, you will have a set of x-rays taken. These x-rays allow the doctor to see the current condition of the areas being treated, determine how to proceed with treatment, and develop a treatment plan. Our patients appreciate that we explain everything in advance! Dr. Rabito will then go over the x-rays with you and provide treatment that same day, as well as answer any questions you may have.
The length of your initial visit will be between 45 minutes and an hour long.
Each patient who comes into our office will be greeted by the receptionist and be asked to sign in, provide co-pay, and asked the best time to schedule their next appointment.
Please allow for at least 20 to 25 minutes with the doctor.
Like a regular workout at the gym, each visit builds on the ones before. Miss a visit and you can lose the momentum necessary to make the needed changes.
We recognize your time is valuable. So we do everything possible to run on time and minimize the impact on your busy life.
